Summary:
Mr. Alois Wemin will present on the General Gauss–Bonnet Theorem, a fundamental result connecting geometry and topology by relating the curvature of a surface to its Euler characteristic. The talk will provide an overview of the classical Gauss–Bonnet theorem, its generalization to higher dimensions, and its applications in differential geometry and global analysis.
