Bachelor of Business in Applied Economics

The Bachelor of Business in Applied Economics at the Papua New Guinea University of Technology (PNGUoT) equips students with a strong understanding of economic principles and their application to real-world business and policy issues. The program develops analytical, quantitative, and decision-making skills, preparing graduates to assess economic trends, support strategic planning, and contribute effectively to both public and private sector organizations.

The Bachelor of Business in Applied Economics (BBAE) is a program with an economics concentration and students are encouraged to think in analytical terms and to make business decisions based on the projected economic outcome. Entry to the course is completion of the Grade 12 School Certificate (or equivalent) level only.
