Welcome to the Faculty of Postgraduate Studies, Research and Innovation!

The Papua New Guinea University of Technology (PNGUoT) has the largest postgraduate program in the country, with an increasing number of students every year. Postgraduate studies and research have always been the cornerstone for the PNGUoT’s academic programs.

Programs Offered

PNGUoT offers the postgraduate programs from the Postgraduate Certificate to the Doctorate levels. Currently, PNGUoT has 22 PhD, 40 Masters, 3 PG Diploma and 2 PG Certificate Programs on offer.

Admission Information

Applicants must have a recognized bachelor’s degree with a satisfactory academic record, may also need to meet additional program-specific requirements such as professional experience, references, or research proposal.

Research & Innovation

Our postgraduate research focuses on creating new knowledge that addresses national priorities and global challenges. Students work closely with experienced supervisors across diverse disciplines.
