The School of Architecture and Construction Management at PNG University of Technology offers programs designed to build the skills and knowledge required in today’s built environment and construction industries. Undergraduate Programs
The School of Architecture and Construction Management at PNG University of Technology offers two specialised undergraduate programs designed to develop skilled professionals for Papua New Guinea’s growing built environment sector. The Bachelor of Construction Management equips students with the technical, managerial and practical skills needed to plan, manage and deliver construction projects. The Bachelor of Architecture focuses on creative design, environmental sustainability and the technical foundations of architectural practice. Together, these programs provide students with a strong academic and industry-focused pathway to meaningful careers in the construction and architectural fields.

Postgraduate Programs
The School of Architecture and Construction Management also offers postgraduate study opportunities designed to deepen professional expertise and support advanced research in the built environment sector. Our postgraduate programs focus on developing leadership, innovation, and specialised skills in areas such as construction management, sustainable design, and architectural practice. - Master of Philosophy in Construction Management – (Research)

- Must have a Master degree in a field of study related to the subject of the proposed research.
- Proven track record of research
- More than 2 years’ work experience

Master of Philosophy (MPhil-Research)
- A merit degree or postgraduate diploma from a tertiary institution approved by the Postgraduate Studies, Research and Innovation Committee (PSR&IC), or
- A Bachelor degree of Honors standard (GPA 3.7 out of 5) from a tertiary institution approved by the PSR&IC
- Relevant first degree with an industry experience of more than two years
